I wanted to further explore more organic textures techniques that gave the impression of real bone. I also opted for a naturally occurring skull instead of making one up. I had seen many animal skull masks but no fish skulls...this one seemed a natural choice.

Every year is there is a local fundraiser where we all make bowls which are auctioned off to raise money for the Art Council.

This was a Wizard of Oz themed bowl I made featuring the main characters and their answers to the Wizard’s question ‘What do you want?’
