A door to a railroad car repair shop, long since demolished.

One summer I had a man hire me to go around and take images of town that he could then use to make into postcards. This, with many more like it, was one of the ones I submitted. It was not what he was looking for. It was too artsy for him and he abandoned the project.  At least he let me keep the photos.

I loved this door. All the textures and colors mashed together in the unlikely location of a rail yard. I miss these doors.

This doll has seen some shit.
