Just a quick reminder PSA with October starting tomorrow: if you are on any kind of slow release oral medication such as hormonal birth control, testosterone, estrogen, seizure medications, anti-psychotic medications, diabetic medications, etc, do not eat food coloured black with activated charcoal. Activated charcoal (which is used for some forms of poisoning for exactly this reason) will suck it up and you won't get your proper dosage.
