Comfort to the Sorrowful

I can never find the words to glorify my Lord but I've got hands like His And a heart that's full of fears. In the blackness of the night my mind just can't get right assailed by memories of all my wasted years. Wish I could set them to the side or run away and hide inside His Sacred Wounds they say there's room for you & me. But I just don't seem to fit best I can hope to do is sit at His bloody feet and weep for how He died. Kyrie Eleison, Christe Eleison, Kyrie Eleison He said He had to be raised up had to drink the bloody cup least that's how He chose to make all things new. When I see His skin all tore the weight His body bore can't help wondering what a sinful man would do. I don't think I'd be that strong couldn't suffer all too long before givin in and throwing down the Cross. I'd go off to lick my wounds leave the dead inside their tombs don't see how He thought that I am worth that cost.
