Please drink beer responsibly. I will never recommend anyone to drink alcohol. Everyone has to decide for themselves.
In general, alcohol intake is associated with bigger waists and bellies, because when you drink alcohol, the liver first burns alcohol instead of fat. A typical beer has about 150 calories – and if you down several in one sitting, you end up with calorie overload. And don’t forget calories from the foods you wash down with those beers. Alcohol can increase your appetite.

I don't drink sugary drinks. Beer helped me build my big fat belly, but I got it mostly from eating too much.

Current waist circumference is 53 inches (~135 cm), that’s my protruding fat belly 🫠. Hip circumference is stable at 42 inches (~107 cm). So my waist-to-hip ratio is 1.26 at the moment. And my body mass index (BMI) is 33.7 🫢.
From a medical point of view, these values are catastrophic, but from an emotional point of view, they are fantastic. As a gainer, I really wanted to get a big fat belly and I finally achieved it. The fatter my belly gets, the happier I am.

I don't have a precise weight target. As a gainer, I desperately want a bigger belly, that's the ultimate goal. I'm happy about every extra pound of belly fat I've gained, which makes my belly rounder and bigger and makes it stick out even more.

Not at all! I'm absolutely not into vore. I have never had such thoughts and never will. I'm a gainer and I want my belly to grow as big and fat as possible. But I also try to follow ethical rules: I don't want animals to be killed because I want to gain weight on purpose. That's why I eat almost exclusively vegetarian and luckily I still managed to get a big fat belly thanks to lots of pizza and pasta. And I drink beer responsibly, this also helps you to get a beer belly.
