I'm cringe as hell and made an scp oc. Why is he not wearing the needed uniform? Well because he hates it and insults the design on a daily basis. Does this make him a huge jerk and very unlikeable? Yes. Does he care? Probably not. (He is not above the foundation protocol so dw, he does have to wear the uniform.)

Character wise, he's just a man with an attitude. He HATES humans despite being one. He is the LAST person you would want to be friends with. (seriously, he would trade you for a piece of gum.) He can also travel and control electrical currents. Which is the only reason the foundation hasn't killed him off yet. He's too useful for them at the moment. That doesn't mean he doesn't recieve punishments.

He does wear the required uniform because news flash, the foundation somehow finds a way every time. HOWEVER, I JUST WANTED TO DRAW HIM IN HIS MORE CASUAL ATTIRE AND NOT JUST THE UNIFORM. I will draw him in it later me thinks...
