*sees that there isn't a follow button on the non-mutals username*

*goes to check out their blog to see their rules/why I followed them*

*Blog doesn't load so I check reasons why, wifi is at full bars, phone hasn't bugged out in a week, another reason is either they don't have posts, which they do cuz I see the RB Reply for the RP they're doing, only other possible reasons is that I'm blocked*

*tries to see their reblogs on the post, CANT.*
