how to have the perfect tea partyâ.àłàż*:đ”

if you've never hosted or participated in a tea party ever i HIGHLY highly recommend it. i love to have tea parties because they make me feel like a PRINCESS, which i absolutely love. also, you can do them with friends which is super fun, or u could have a tea party by yourself which is JUST as fun. the point is, if u haven't done a tea party before, you should totally try it bcuz you'll have lots of fun.

ATTIRE AND DRESSCODE ; as with any event the perfect outfit is a MUST. for tea parties here are some materials, colors and accessories i love to wear ;
frills, lace, ribbons in my hair, ruffles, light and flowy materials for skirts, tops and dresses, pearl jewelry and accessories, baby blue and soft shades of pink and yellow, floral prints, and lacy tops.
for my next tea party i wanna formulate a pastry princess look, a pastry princess look is a look inspired by sweet treats and desserts.
SEND OUT INVITATIONS ; send out handwritten letters to invite ur friends to your tea party! or if u dont wanna make it handwritten, at least customize it digitally and send it to them that way. in the invitation make sure that u give the following information -> the date, time, dress code, and theme
THE TEA AND SNACKS ; little sandwiches, puddings, cupcakes and macaroons, sweet pastries, elaborate fruit platters are all some of my favorite things to enjoy during a tea party. some of my favorite tea party teas include ;
jasmine tea
strawberry and peach oolong blende
rose tea
chamomile
white peony white tea
DECOR ; depending on ur theme for ur tea party the decorations will vary. to touch back on the concept of a theme for ur tea party be CREATIVE. ur theme could literally be anything that u want. i think that the most basic decoration item though is an adorable tea set.
FORMULATE A PLAYLIST ; i love listening to songs like ariana grande's "pov" or kali uchis's "telepatĂa" and songs like red velvet's "scenery"
i hope that this post inspires you to plan and initiate a super fun and girly tea party either by yourself or with your friends, go have fun âš
hot girl tips to be more productive

With a million things to do, where do we find the time? Sometimes it can be so easy to just procrastinate, not do your work and keep pushing it back till it's too late. Let's not do that anymore.
5-minute rule - start small. If you've been putting something off for a long time, trying to commit 1 hour to it can be challenging. You can't do a marathon without a warm-up first! Could you set a timer for 5 minutes to do that task? After 5 minutes if you want to continue, go for it; if you don't, that's okay, because at least you've done 5 minutes today, which is better than 0. Tomorrow or later in the day, try to challenge yourself to do 7 minutes this time, then 10, then 15, and you will get into that rhythm.
Eliminate distractions - it's all because of that damn phone đ but seriously, tech and social media can have such a tight grip over our productivity and our attention. If you cannot control your usage, set app timers that lock the app after you use it for a certain amount of time or delete the app. I've been using a minimalist phone launcher called 'OLauncher' that removes all my icons and makes me manually have to type and search for the app. In the time it takes me to search for the app, I get to ask myself, "What am I looking for? Do I need to use it for something specific or do I just want to scroll?"
Schedule properly - note down all your commitments and non-negotiables in an app like Google Calendar and make sure all your big events are displayed there. Some people can fall into the habit of planning every second of their day, but I instead delegate a few tasks to each day and give myself any time within the day to complete them, the important thing being not when I do them, but that I do them in the end.
Write to-do lists - now this doesn't just mean in-app lists, which are very useful. Physically write them out. I use a scrap piece of paper and I write: "Today I WILL..." and then list all the things I want to get done. Having it written down helps me commit to it more and the feeling of ticking it is so satisfying.
Know your WHY - Why are you doing this? Why do you want to be more productive? Why do you want to study more? Always look at the bigger picture. Where do you want to be and how will your productivity help you get there?
Celebrate your wins - whether you completed all the things on your to-do list or just one, be proud of it. Some days, you will feel super motivated and fly through all your tasks, and other days you just want to stay in bed and do nothing. Making an effort is the first step to your success.
No matter whether your goal is to complete a project, get good grades, get into the school of your dreams, or just get your work out of the way so you can focus on other things, tackle it little by little. Just 20 minutes every day for a week is better than trying to do 140 minutes worth of work on the last day.
fixing your sleep schedule

introduction:
sleep is such an important part of health. if you're regularly getting less than 8 hours of sleep per night there can be negative consequences on your physical and mental health.
a lot of times you might just be too busy to go sleep on time, but it can also be bad habits that are keeping u up.
adjusting current habits:
start going to bed 15 minutes earlier until you reach your desired time
creating a before-bed routine:
tidy up your room. cleaning can make you more tired, and also it just feels good to have a clean place to sleep in.
put your outfit out for the next day. this will save you time in the morning :)
avoid using your phone/laptop for 30 minutes-1 hour. blue light can disturb your sleep, so either use blue light glasses or just get offline earlier.
make sure your alarm is set. sometimes i forget to set my alarm and oversleep in the morning, which i hate, so i always check that i have my alarm ready for the next day.
try breathing techniques. breathing techniques that trigger that parasympathetic nervous system (the nervous system that calms your body down) is beneficial for relaxing/de-stressing. even Navy Seals use them!
overall just find something that relaxes you! reading is great, journalling is also great. find what helps you wind down before bed.
sticking to a schedule. then once you have something worked out, stick to it- this includes what you do before bed and a general time of when you go to sleep.
general tips:
working out (during the day). getting exercise during the day has proven to improve sleep. just dont workout RIGHT before going to bed becuz that can do the opposite.
chamomile lavender tea. i love tea with chamomile, and lavender is even better with it. it relaxes me and also it just tastes good.
reading for 30 minutes before bed. reading always gets me tired and a lot of times my mind is really hyperactive before bed, but when im focused on my book then it makes it easier to unwind if that makes sense.
get out of bed and walk around/ do something else when you can't fall asleep. if you've been in bed for a long time and don't feel tired, it's good to get out. i like to stretch on the floor and then go back in bed.
It Girl Habits!!

(none of these photos are mine)
âYou cannot live your life to please others. The choice must be yours.â - Anne Hathaway

Stay busy!! Do you see those it girls like Serena Van Der Woodsen scrolling on their phone all day? No, you rarely do. It girls are always busy doing something. So, therefore do some self care, study, workout, read, journal, go shopping, go on solo dates, hang out with friends, paint, have a dance party, etc. Do fun activities and take care of yourself. Another example of a busy it girl is, Elle Woods. Elle Woods wasnât becoming one with the couch everyday. She had goals to achieve. She had people that doubted her to prove wrong. So get up! Start planning out your day or week. Start making goals!!
Have goals! You wanna know why youâre bored all the time? Well, itâs because you have no goals. You practically donât have a life because all you do is sleep, eat, scroll, and repeat. Youâre wasting time doing nothing. You couldâve had a clean room by now. Maybe you could have finished that book. Whatever it is, you could have had it. You couldâve been 1% better than yesterday. You donât though because you have no goals. That time youâre wasting, can be used toward your goals. It can be used toward your dream life. Maybe, you do have goals? Yet you donât even take action. What are you waiting for? For someone to do the work for you? No, get up and start taking action.
Be mindful of what you consume online!! Just like how who you surround yourself with affects you. What you consume online affects how and who you are. For example, listening to sad music makes you feel sad. Music is meant to tell a story that you feel deeply. You may not even relate to the song, but you feel as if you do. So, you become sad and continue to listen to sad music. When listening to uplifting music you gain confidence. You still feel like you relate to the song. Just with a more positive effect. As for what you watch and read. Donât read/watch stuff that will put you down. Watch/read content that will help you.
Complimenting yourself every time you pass the mirror!! Some may say itâs cringy, but DO IT. Would you rather be cringy or be the best version of yourself? Exactly, so either say it out loud or in your head. Say it even if you might not believe it. Say it because you deserve it! Try to be creative with your compliments. Not all compliments have to be about your looks. It could be your personality, your thoughtfulness, how creative you are, etc. Also loosen up, be your own hype girl. When you see the mirror you could say, âOmg I look like the main character.â âOh wait, I am!â Lastly, donât forget to have fun with hyping yourself up.
Mediating or journaling when stressed!! When stressed we start to feel a lot of tension. So, thatâs why meditating is so important to do when stressed. All you have to do is sit down and focus on breathing. Plus, It calms down your nerves, relaxes the mind, body, and soul. Not just that, but plenty of other benefits. Which includes, helps focus, betters mood, helps you sleep, slows down aging, etc. As for journaling, itâs practically free therapy! That is, at least in my eyes. All you need is a notebook, a pen or pencil, and yourself. Journal whatâs making you stressed or anxious. Let all your emotions out, write freely. Your words donât have to make sense. Nor do you need to have perfect writing. In fact, when you journal it may be all over the place. However or whatever you write, just let it out.
Expressing your gratitude!! Life is so beautiful and has so much meaning. So, either write down what youâre grateful for or thank God. You are so blessed to be here today. That is only just one thing to be grateful for. There are so many things to be grateful for, air, family, friends, your mind, being born as you, water, books, food, shoes, clothes, and so much more!! Express your gratitude everyday. It could be the most random thing like, a poster. As long as youâre truly grateful, then express it.
7. Having a low screen time!! ClichĂ©, I know but itâs true. Your devices are consuming you. Think about what you use your device(s) for. Good examples are, for work, for motivation, tips, workout videos, inspiration, knowledge, and maybe even faith reasons. Now here are bad examples, procrastinating, sinning, hating on others, scrolling, because youâre bored, to watching videos of people that make you insecure, and lastly to cope with something. Which to clarify, trying to cope by using your phone, I understand somewhat. On the other hand, it could make what youâre coping with worse. I say that because there are so many studies on why our phone is bad for us. Seriously, so many and we are completely unaware of the damage it does. So for that reason, try to use your phone only for the good. I know youâre probably going to make an excuse. Which we all do and thatâs ok, but please try.
8. Encouraging yourself to do better!! You should always be working hard to be 1% better everyday. So on the days you donât feel like doing anything, encourage yourself. Show up for yourself, you will be so happy after. Lastly, trust yourself to get whatever done!!
9. Having a healthy sleep schedule!! For me, I try to aim for 8-11 hours of sleep. For others, it may be 7-10 hours of sleep. Whatever makes you feel the most well-rested should work. Just try to be consistent and mindful of the time. I also recommend to be off your phone for at least 30-60 minutes before going to bed. It will improve how you sleep a lot. That also being said, try not to be on your phone when you wake up either. Itâll help improve your health by a lot. Especially, the health of your brain and eyes. As I had mentioned, try to be consistent. Set a certain time to go to bed and turn off your phone. Then, get your lovely beauty sleep gorgeous!!
10. CLEANING!! The last habit is, cleaning. Now, I donât just meaning cleaning your room or house. I mean even your body and mind. For starters, a clean room equals a clean mind. Therefore, stop procrastinating and start cleaning. Turn on some fun music and maybe even romanticize cleaning. Just make it fun and DEEP clean. I know someone reading this has been procrastinating on cleaning. You know who you are, so clean everything. Then, for cleaning the mind a little extra meditate. I feel like I already went over a bit about meditation. So lastly, for the body, take your showers consistently. Also, please wear deodorant. I see way too many people nowadays not wearing deodorant. Seriously, wear your deodorant.
âAlways walk around like you have on an invisible tiara on.â - Paris Hilton
Remember, always apply lip gloss and stay pretty! Love you, dolls đ

gentle movement: engage in gentle movement practices that help to invigorate your body and uplift your spirits without draining your energy. try a leisurely walk in nature, a restorative yoga class, or some gentle stretching to release tension and boost circulation.
pamper yourself: indulge in some self-care rituals that make you feel pampered and cherished. take a warm bath with epsom salts and essential oils, treat yourself to a soothing massage or facial, or simply curl up with a good book and lose yourself in its pages.
connect with loved ones: reach out to friends, family, or loved ones for support and connection. sometimes, a heartfelt conversation or a listening ear can provide the comfort and encouragement you need to navigate challenging times.

Small steps every day
HOW TO BE A MORNING PERSON !?

Becoming a morning person often involves gradually adjusting your routine and mindset. Here are some tips to help you become a morning person:
1. Establish a consistent sleep schedule: Aim to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends.
2. Create a calming bedtime routine: Wind down before bed with activities like reading, taking a warm bath, or practicing relaxation techniques.
3. Limit screen time before bed: Avoid screens such as smartphones, tablets, and computers at least an hour before bedtime, as the blue light can interfere with your sleep.
4. Avoid caffeine and heavy meals late in the day: Stimulants and large meals close to bedtime can disrupt your sleep patterns.
5. Get plenty of sunlight during the day: Exposure to natural light helps regulate your body's internal clock and can improve your sleep quality.
6. Exercise regularly: Engaging in regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster and enjoy deeper sleep.
7. Gradually adjust your wake-up time: If you're used to waking up later, gradually set your alarm clock earlier by 15-30 minutes each day until you reach your desired wake-up time.
8. Have a motivating reason to wake up early: Whether it's starting your day with a favorite activity or setting goals to accomplish in the morning, having something to look forward to can make waking up early more appealing (skincare,workout,walk...)
9. Practice gratitude: Start your day with a positive mindset by reflecting on things you're grateful for, which can help set a positive tone for the day ahead.
10. Be patient with yourself: It may take some time for your body to adjust to a new sleep schedule, so be patient and consistent with your efforts.
a glamorous well-beingâ.àłàż*:đž

i've decided to write this post to remind my audience that you're own well being comes first and just share some ways on how you can focus on ur well being in small steps that can gradually build a lifestyle.

BEAUTY SLEEP ;
go to bed at a reasonable time and wake up at a reasonable time. when ur well rested you'll feel and look your best. theres a reason why ppl call beauty sleep beauty sleep.
when u dont get enough sleep ur skin is dull, you'll start to have eyebags beneath ur eyes and can even shorten ur life span. and thats not hot.
if u feel like it'll make u more well rested, take a midday nap. if u find that u have problems sleeping, having a before bed routine that soothes u can rly help u to sleep like the angel that you are.
drink a warm cup of tea before bed
do gentle stretches
take a soothing bath or shower
DIGITAL MINIMALISM ;
we experience the fear of missing out bcuz of our habit of consuming hundreds if not thousands of unnecessary information every single day. in a way we've become information addicts.
no scroll mornings - cutting a habit completely might be hard so dont jump in with both feet immediately. go little by little.
digital declutter - intentionally cut out optional online activity and instead focus on something in person like ur community, urself and ur projects
APPRECIATING SILENCE ;
if the weather permits, i rly recommend going for walks. walking is not only good for ur body but also ur mind and getting fresh air and sunlight is rly good for u and important.

start doing guided meditations
go on daily walks to get some fresh air
JOURNALLING ;
journalling is so easy and fun and glamorous. i love the concept of journals bcuz its just such a cute way to get everything from ur mind onto paper which is helpful.
to journal with the intention of improving ur well being i recommend to get into shadow work cuz its like journal therapy. i'll link a post with shadow work prompts right here, that way you can have a place to kind of start off from.
other then simply doing shadow work journalling or maintaining a diary of sorts is also helpful for ur well being bcuz it showcases ur growth and its a great way to cultivate a sense of self without fear of judgement or privacy invasion from others.
TAKING BIG STEPS IN EASY WAYS ;
i think that the secret to overall wellness in the most glamorous way possible is a bunch of little habits that can contribute to an overall beautiful and glamorous inside and outside.
so focus on building habits before you make a huge lifestyle switch. not to confuse this with not being all in. you must be all in otherwise you'll fall back into unhealthy and old patterns for the sake of comfort.
but thats not hot, you can take baby steps while still being all in. commit to a more vibrant and more well self cuz you'll thank urself in the long run.
How to be confident part 2

After my first post on confidence, I started receiving many asks to please talk about this more! I love helping you guys grow and slowly become the person you dream of, so let's go <3
Be proud of your achievements.
No more people pleasing. Something I had to learn is that you don't have to be everyone's darling.
Get out of your comfort zone. Get a coffee and chat with the barista, go to a concert alone, try a new hobby and so on :)
Talk politely and expand your vocabulary. Reading and writing can help a lot!
Start journaling. Vent when you need to, it doesn't have to be pretty or aesthetic; clean your mind.
Watch your body language. Stand up straight, don't slouch, walk with purpose, and don't hide your hands.
Don't be afraid to ask questions.
Stop chasing people. The ones meant to stay in your life will remain with you. Sometimes we need to distance ourselves from people so we can grow! :)
Moisturized. I get nervous when my lips and hands are dry!
Keep your standards high. This applies to friendships, dating, grades, pretty much anything. Self-respect!!
Don't let people interrupt you!!
Start each day with a positive mindset. Get up in the morning with purpose and try to make the best out of any day. <3
Be on time. Coming late to something important is always a bit awkward.
Use fewer filler words when speaking. Uhm, just, like, I think, etc. Don't be afraid to slow down and think about what you want to say. Take your time!
Don't chase anyone's validation. Instead, do things for yourself and make yourself proud.
Unfollow people on social media that make you feel bad about yourself.
Be kind. I see people on TikTok all the time being rude and mean to appear confident. Let's be honest, they look quite silly, lol.
Have a signature scent! I like something that gives me comfort and helps me stay calm. My fav is vanilla. <3
Don't look at your phone when entering a room or going somewhere. Instead, try being as present as possible, or at least look like you are, lol.
Take care of your appearance. Whatever feels good to you, maybe get a lash lift, find makeup that works for you, clean nails, wear something you like...
Don't tell everyone your insecurities. Putting yourself down is not a good conversation topic.
Make time for yourself. Relax, recharge and focus on yourself. <3
Confidence is a huge deal, so if you have any questions feel free to ask them in the comments or my 'ask me anything'. I will also make a post soon on how to improve your public speaking! <3
I also plan on going through my asks Tomorrow (Sunday), so if you have anything you would like to share or need advice on, just submit it to the link above (the ask on, haha) <33
Tumblr needs a pink mode

One day Iâll travel the world, and I will visit all the beautiful museums and libraries. Iâll have a cup of tea in the coziest cafes all around the globe, and I will shop in the fanciest vintage stores you can imagine. I want to sit in the prettiest parks and meet the most amazing humans. I want to meet people with the softest hearts and exceptional minds. Â I want to share dreams and hopes, listen to visions and memories, and talk about everything under the sun. I want to go on road trips, write letters and stargaze. I want to do all the things that bring joy to my heart and make my soul feel alive.
Pink Pilates Princess on a budget

Following a certain lifestyle can be expensive, especially when trying to make it as aesthetically pleasing as seen on Pinterest. Here is how to get The Pink Pilates Princess lifestyle on a budget. <3
Where to start
When shopping for athletic wear, stick to black bottoms and light pink tops; having a concept when shopping really helps to only buy things you really want and makes combining your pieces easier!
Go on daily walks, and listen to your favourite music or podcast to clear your mind. Try aiming for 10k steps daily!!
Follow a Balanced diet, I'm a big fan of the 80/20 rule! :)
You can find reasonably priced workout sets and equipment (yoga mats, weights etc.) on Amazon!
Don't be afraid to embrace femininity! <3
If you wear makeup, try keeping it light. Do your brows, a little concealer, set with powder, blush and bronzer, glossy lips and your preferred lash routine. <3
Look up yoga and pilates workouts on youtube. Focus on low-impact strengthening and improving your flexibility <3
Keep your room clean and organized. Clean out your closet regularly, and make sure your sheets are always nice and fresh.
Invest in some cute accessories to upgrade your outfits! Legwarmers, cute hair clips and bows and dainty jewellery.
Regularly clean your make-up brushes once a week!! Number 1 rule to clear skin.
Try Gua sha! I've been doing gua sha for a while now and absolutely love it <3
Try some new smoothie recipes!! Start adding veggies, or look up some green smoothie recipes to boost your metabolism.
Create a cosy and calm atmosphere by using fairy lights and candles. My favourite candle scent is Vanilla!
Start journaling. You can write about your day, goals, or anything that has been bothering you. I will upload a post about my favourite journaling prompts soon! :)
To really embody The Pink Pilates Princess aesthetic, try buying your things in white and pink.
Stay hydrated. You can also buy a cute water bottle to motivate yourself. You can also add lemon or fruits to make it more fun!
Learn how to make yourself healthy and nutritional meals, eating out is expensive, and cooking can be a lot of fun! (should I collection of my favourite recipes?)
Make skin/hair-care a priority. Taking care of yourself is so important, and you deserve it <3
Set yourself some smaller goals like learning how to do the splits, reading 10 pages a day or drinking a certain amount of water!

Have a proper morning/night routine
Morning routine:
Start your day with light stretching to wake up your body, a large glass of water and some positive affirmations to set the tone.
Plan your morning, so you have time for your skincare routine; use a body spray to add a light scent. My favourite is the vanilla one from Victoria's secret. <3
Make yourself a nice cup of coffee, and add vanilla syrup and cinnamon to make it special.
Eat breakfast; my go-to is oatmeal. You can really get creative with it by adding some nuts, berries, yoghurt or chocolate! <3
Journal a bit, write down your goals, and some manifestations.

Night routine:
Remove your make-up and do your skincare; if you have more time, you can do a facemask or take a relaxing bath. <3
I love going on evening walks; the fresh evening air really calms me. Make sure to be safe when going out tho! <3
Make yourself a delicious dinner; I've been really into buddha bowls! You can find inspiration and my favourite recipes on my Pinterest.
Do some yoga before going to bed, relax your body and calm down.
Plan your next day to reduce stress.
Don't go to bed late; try getting your 8 hours of beauty sleep!
Turn of your phone 1 hour before sleeping and read before falling asleep <3

Fashion
Try keeping the colours Pink, white, grey and black. Having a set colour pallet makes putting together outfits a lot easier since everything matches! <3
Cute loungewear sets
Workout sets
leggings
comfy sweaters
light knit
Cute tote bags
legwarmers
sneakers
Tennis skirts
Zip-ups
Flared leggings
Matching PJ sets
As always, please feel free to add more suggestions in the comments! <3

Style your hair with pretty ribbons and dainty braids.
