Status for Patch 1.107 (New Kits and DX11)

None of my mods require an update.

However, I updated the “Cat Whisperer Career” for DX11: I noticed that the career images didn’t load when trying out the DirectX 11 mode (this is a voluntary option introduced with the patch). Thanks to a helpful tip from Andrew I was able to update those so they show up 😊

Please keep in mind though that the DirectX 11 mode is on a trial run right now and does not entirely support mods, see statement from EA: “While DirectX 11 is available for those Simmers who want to try it, you may experience visual issues with mods so we recommend disabling all mods while using this command line argument.” Using the DirectX 11 mode now is your choice and issues with mods are to be expected.

Im OBSESSED with your series. Sat and binged every episode in a single sitting lol As someone who wants to start creating stories like these with the sims what would you suggest? I really have no clue where to start after, of course, the story board, getting the ideas together, creating the characters, and doing the backdrops.

that's actually everything! lol. curate your series aesthetic and figure out how you want to execute it. if you're asking about filming, i can send you some tutorials i watched when starting out.

this one taught me how to use the TOOL mod, a mod i will always have in my game LMAO. i cant do anything without it.
