Do you think with all honesty that we can do something and that we'll save dead boys detectives ? I am kind of depressed and I feel like nietflix will never listen to us and that it will change anything and that makes me so saaad so I just need your opinion ..

Hi queer fans of queer stuff! How are we feeling with today's TV industry? How about really bloody angry?

Look, the recent cancelation of Dead Boy Detectives is obviously personal for its fandom, but it's also one more nail in the coffin and I think we have to start doing something about it together.

I went through this with Sense8. With Our Flag Means Death. With smaller but also amazing shows like The Bastard Son and the Devil Himself. Not to mention when it's not cancelled yet but it's boycotted with seasons cut in half or zero marketing. *I am tired*.

If you are too, I ask you to join the campaign. This is specifically about increasing views and attention, not because Netflix is necessarily going to change their minds (we know that's unlikely), but because we want to prove that we exist as a group.

So even if you don't feel like actually watching right now, we ask you to give it a stream if you have a Netflix account, with headphones connected or low volume. If you don't have a Netflix account, and honestly good for you, you can help by boosting us in social media.

I do recommend Dead Boy Detectives for real, it's REALLY good, but this is more about joining forces. They want numbers, so we give them numbers in the most petty way: after they cancelled so that other networks will get interested. At the very least, the crew and creators might get some royalties and they deserve it after busting their asses for years to give us this season.

I love the X files. It was my favourite show growing up. I was actually a bit too young to watch it when it started (ten, I think), but it aired when my mother had her bathing evening and when my father had night shift I could secretly watch it.

Then one day when I was about 13 I was visitting friends with my mom. The kids there wanted to watch X files, my mother was hesitant because I was too young.

Me: "Ahm, actually, I've been watching it for years."

My mom became a fan that day and we watched it together from then on.

Mulder and Scully were the first couple I shipped (although the term didn’t exist back then).

So, I know it’s an old (almost as old as me), not to mention an ICONIC show, but I never watched The X Files. Until this week. I am almost done with Season 1 and I’ve got to say, so far, it’s pretty dope.

100 notes. I'll try to eat a proper 3 meals a day (usually I eat one and some snacks) (sometimes just snacks-)

150 notes. I write a smaller part 2 of my jily fanfic.

200 notes. I finish that bigger fanfic

250 notes. I figure out a skin care routine for me(rn it's just thoughts and prayers-)

300 notes. I start on a part 2 of that one Luke(pjo) fanfic I wrote-

350 notes. I make a study plan.

400 notes. I clean my closet cause it's messy chat.

500 notes. I will actually eat 3 meals a day, not just try.

555 notes. I try to figure out my sexuality cause I ain't got a clue.

600 notes. I work on my main WIP (not a fanfic my actual main, plan to publish as a book, WIP)

650 notes. I WRITE A BUNCH OF FANFICS.

700 notes. I write at least 500 words on that main WIP.

800 notes. I try to convince my dad to get me a new laptop for school (don't wanna do this one chat-)

1000 notes. I write 5,000 words on top of that 500 words on my main WIP.

1100 notes. I start trying to learn the guitar.

1700 notes. 5,000 more words chat.

5000 notes. I finish the first draft on my WIP.

That is all I think. Kinda tryna make this impossible. I doubt we'll get past 300-
