Flufftober 2020 day 2 : Comfort

Qui Gon is getting old. At least that’s what he tells himself as his body creaks and groans. The leaves rustle in his wake, their low murmur comforting. Graceful arches sweep high above him, and familiar shadows cross his path. But Qui Gon walks alone. He is home and yet not. Soon. 

Soft anticipation hums in his mind. The soothing sound of water guides him to sun-warmed stone and lush waterfalls. A meditating silhouette awaits him peacefully, hands soft and open on his knees, reddish hair golden in the light. Obi Wan. And Qui Gon is finally home and happy.

Obi-Wan: What the fuck is /that/? Another pathetic creature?

Qui-Gon: *holding the most pathetic looking turtle ever* He just looked so sad in the spring gardens. None of the others were playing with him. We can bring him back later when he’s in a better mood.

Obi-Wan: *glaring a little* I have instant dislike of him.

One hour later

Obi-Wan: *decorating a temporary habitat for the happier looking turtle, talking to himself and him as he works, leans over to give him a crunchy lettuce* Do you like that? Do you like your yummy healthy leaves? You’re such a good boy, I don’t see why the others weren’t playing with you, what a good little puck you are! *leans over and gives the turtle a little kiss on his head*

I wanted to write a post about how and why I am completely unable to multiship Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan and I wanted to illustrate this by writing a short threesome scene with Anakin.
