I'm proud that you found something to smile at today.

I'm so proud of all the little things you've done today. They often get overlooked in favor of the big things, but you have so much to be proud of.

I'm sorry that things are going bad, and I know that it feels like it's not going to get better, and you've probably heard this a million times, but it does get better. Eventually, it'll get better. For now, don't save celebrations for all the big things; Celebrate the little things, too.
