How to write a FILIPINO (from Manila), by Noelle (and Tristan)
So, the lack of guides on how to write filipinos saddened me, so I took up the task of creating one myself. Just know that this will be based off of my own (and my friend’s) observations living as a Filipino who has lived in Manila and a few locations outside it, and it will not apply to all Filipinos.
It will include key terms, common filipino words and phrases, an overview on the Philippines as a culture and as a people, Manila, as well as stereotypes surrounding the Filipino character.
*Just saying, I wrote this for three hours straight and I got a headache two hours into it. Any mistakes may be messaged to me so I can remove them. Thanks~

Not telling your kid they have a learning disability, chronic illness, mental illness etc. so they can “feel normal” actually does the opposite. They will not feel normal if they do not have the context to understand that their normal will be different from that of their peers.
