I like how everyone thinks Cody is the older clone just because of his rank but it’s actually Rex who is the older brother. He’s older than all of the senior command clones by a year or two. Cody, Wolffe, Bly,Fox, and Thorn are the annoying little brothers of Rex, but he’s so proud of them for their achievements.

Cody constantly tries to get Rex to take the commander rank, but Rex isn’t interested at all; his little brothers have already achieved that status. Besides, Rex can and will use the “older brother” card any chance he can get with the higher ups.

Rex is protective of the new shinnies that enter the 501st, it’s his older brother instinct kicking in. Cody teases him for it mercilessly.

“I changed your diapers, vod,” Rex says. “You can’t embarrass me,” or “I watched you while you were in your growth jar.” Rex uses his age to his advantage to embarrass the commanders.
