Both KOSA and the Earn It Act bill are dangerous for the future of the Internet.

In a nutshell, KOSA would allow states to sue any websites that host content deemed “harmful” to minors. With such a vague wording, its expected that any NSFW stuff, educational ressources or LGBT content, will immediately be taken down if govts dont approve of it.

Plus, it will be made mandatory to use IDs to confirm your age when going online, to so called “protect kids” but all that will cause is a huge potential data breach and endanger more kids.

As for the Earn It Act bill, it would allow the governement to spy and filter out anything they dont like in private dms for any users,as well as blowing a hole into Section 230 : The thing that prevent websites from being directly liable in case a user post something illegal,instead of the user being punished directly. This was a quick little doodle today as I was extremely exhausted due to some major changes in schedule

Anywho, I drew this little guy in an older sketchbook that my amazing girlfriend got me almost a year ago!

Speaking of the sketchbook, look at this cool ass drawing I found just tucked inside!

So I’ve been testing out brushes on procreate and well I finally made my own personal brush. I then drew the seawing you will see below in a new style. What do yall think?

So I finally figured out a color scheme for Moth!! She's my wof OC night/rain/ice wing! Djjehdhej thought it'd be cool to share! She was born on a full moon eclipse and has the power to see who someone really is, for instance if an Animus put a spell to change someone or himself she can see who they really are, and she can manipulate spells or something, still working on lore, she 5 yr old dragonet :D
