There Are Two Basic Arguments For Shutting The Fuck Up About Cishets At Pride.
There are two basic arguments for shutting the fuck up about cishets at Pride.
First: What if a trans kid asks their parents to show their support by attending Pride with them? What if a lesbian can only attend pride if she gets a ride from someone and the only person willing and able to drive her is her straight brother? What if a bi disabled person can't attend a large outdoor event without hands-on assistance from their straight partner? What if someone just wants to bring their fucking friends? What if, contrary to popular tumblr discourse, most queers don't inhabit perfectly pure social bubbles populated only by other queers? What if it's none of your business?
Second and perhaps more important: If you think you can tell that someone is CIS, let alone HET, by LOOKING at them, you are a cop and an idiot.

people who only use conventional social media are so funny bc they’ll casually be like “can I see your tumblr??” are you Insane. this is no instagram or twitter. this is my vault of secrets
stop fighting with other queers for straight approval. this isn't the hunger games. god bless.
I hate how when you come out about something that you aren't publicly out about the person you're telling immediately assumes you just found out about your identity. Like no, I've been suppressing emotions for 6+ months, been dropping hints for 2 hoping you'd say something, and have already told 3 other people. You ain't that special.

Asexual people can write about sex. Asexual people can sing about sex. Asexual people can talk, joke, read, watch, know, enjoy sex. It makes them no less asexual for it.
Aromantic people can write about romance. They can sing, joke, read, watch, know, enjoy romance. It makes them no less aromantic.
Aplatonic people can write, sing, joke, read, watch, know, enjoy platonic relationships. It makes them no less aplatonic.
Agender people can present as a certain gender, use "gendered" pronouns, not make effort to look androgynous/agender, use the name they were given at birth, enjoy typically gendered experiences. Agender people can refer to themselves by gendered terms. It does not make them any less agender.
Edit:
No do aromantic people do not have to like romance at all. They do not have to put up with it, they do not have to accept it, they do not have to want it or participate in it. They do not have to engage in it in any way at all. They can be repulsed by it or wish it wasn't part of the society we live in. They are still just as valid.
Nor do asexual people do not have to like or want sex at all. They do not have to put up with it, they do not have to accept it, they do not have to participate in it. They can be repulsed by it or wish it wasn't part of the society we live in. They are still just as valid.
Nor do aplatonic people do not have to like or want platonic relationships. They do not have to put up with it, conform to it, accept it, or participate in it. They can be repulsed by it or wish it wasn't part of the society we live in. They are still just as valid.
Nor do agender people do not have to do anything. They do not have to present as a certain gender, use binary pronouns, use their birth name, have a typical "cis" experience, or enjoy gender norms. They can be disgusted by gender norms and hate the idea of anything to do with it and they are and always will be just as valid.
No-one has to do anything in any way to "deserve" a label. No-one should be expected to participate in any thing just because society deems it appropriate. The fact that they are is wrong, whether they are or aren't comfortable with conforming does not change their validity.
