★ [request] fairy wings are very thin, light, and delicate. its difficult for me to imagine a fairy being able to fly without ALSO being all those things :( no worries! youre in luck! if you find yourself unable to fly, simply follow this diet and you'll find yourself all fixed up in no time whatsoever! 🪽

guidelines:
🌷 - eat small. portions must be small, foods must be cut small, and if all goes right, you will be small!
🌷 - set a goal weight at the beginning of the diet, and see to it that you reach it.
🌷 - plan to eat every meal at a specific time. 11:11, 2:22, 1:23, choose whichever whimsical little numbers call to you !
🌷 - use tiny little plates, bowls, cups, and utensils
🌷 - embrace your sweet tooth, but only in moderation.

meal plan: now, for this diet, you're allowed 6 meals a day. dont fret! this may seem excessive, but it is very manageable!!!
breakfast: two ricecakes with a teaspoon of cinnamon sugar and five blueberries. breakfast starts off with a crunch! head to the fairy garden to pick yourself five blueberries to pair with your ricecakes, and dust the whole thing with cinnamon sugar!

morning snack: 3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice. hummingbirds drink their sugar water, just as fairies do! take tiny sips of your sweet morning drink. optionally, swap this out for sparkling apple juice, or mix with water for more volume :)

lunch: berries and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. head out into the fairy garden to pick yourself some more berries for lunch! pair that with almond milk for a lovely meal.

afternoon snack: a spoonful of semi-sweet chocolate chips. kick any chocolate cravings with a tiny indulgence, in the form of a nibble of chocolate chips. arrange them sweetly on a plate, or eat them all at once, the choice is yours!

dinner: one cup of lettuce w/ berries, sliced cucumber, and balsamic. put any fruit you like in this scrumptious salad, best enjoyed when the suns gone down and all your fairy duties are done for the evening.

evening snack: one small banana or apple. if you need a treat before bed, fruit is always a scrumptious option!

even when you wear baggy clothes you look great, everything fits perfectly, while when you're fat and you wear baggy clothes you look even bigger.
and that’s why i need to lose weight asap.
