I can’t believe we’re never going to see Lily Evans rushing to her boyfriend’s side after he had a near death experience, courtesy of her ex-boyfriend who went down a terrorist/purreblood supremacist spiral. I can’t believe we’re never going to experience the conversation between her and Alex Potter, while James is in the hospital. I can’t believe we won’t get James and Lily’s first time; hell, Lily’s first time. I can’t believe we won’t get to see McPrice getting together. I can’t believe we won’t get more Donna/Lathe content. I can’t believe we won’t see Lily Evans physically fighting Snape upon learning he casted the Cruciatus Curse on her best friend. I can’t believe we’ll never learn Mary McDonald’s tragic backstory. I can’t bel—okay, where the fuck is the firewhiskey, I’m too sober for this.

2017 vs 2011

I wanted to do a kind of improvement meme for a while, so I guess my Jily stage is a nice opportunity! I remember I used to really love the original image. I still kind of do, but I see a lot of mistakes.

WHAT!!?? HOW!!??

I don’t know what to say, except thank you so much @itreallyatemyhand for allowing this!! My boyfriend just has to out-gift himself every year.. I made an offhand comment aaages ago about how I wished a hard copy of this story existed just so I could hold it in my hands to better appreciate it’s brilliance, and like a real-life fucking wizard he magic’d it into existence!!

The art on the front was secretly drawn on by our friend Laura, she locked herself in the bedroom to “wrap presents” and I wondered what she could possibly be wrapping that would take so long lol. I made a right pest of myself constantly knocking on the door!
