If Bucky "became" Winter Soldier again, I would rejoice because it would be him doing it on his own terms. To reclaim the Winter Soldier name, to embrace that side of him, while acting of his own volition and morals, making his own conscious decisions, being in full control of himself, choosing to use his abilities to help others, being the hero he is... that's not undoing anything. He's not murderous. He's not inherently violent either, but he doesnt shy away from it. People like to conveniently forget about when he intentionally cracked a guy's face with his left arm or vaulted a pipe into someone's shoulder (and yes, him holding back against the Flagsmashers was ridiculous). Bucky Winter Soldier is not Hydra Winter Soldier
