“𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐘, 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 you taking me?” You questioned in the passenger seat of his car. Harry had refused to give any information on where the ‘surprise date’ was despite being excited for it all week.

“Nope, nope. I’m not saying a word to you until we arrive.” Harry shrugged his shoulders, still shooting down every single question you had that day. You raised your eyebrows at his antics and muttered out a small ‘okay’, smiling and shaking your head at your darling boyfriend.

Silence took over the car, only the sound of the quietened radio flowing through the speakers. Harry, being Harry, couldn’t deal with the silence and felt the need to fill it in; completely going against what he previously stated so confidently.

“You’re gunna love it there, you know?” He smirked, tilting his head slightly to see you in the corner of his eye while still keeping on the road. You smiled widely at his adoration of making you happy. “I’m gunna love it, huh?” You bit your lip, trying to contain your smile in Harry’s cheeks growing rosy just in reaction of your smile.

“Yeah, your gunna have to help me though!” He breathed out, leaving little to the mind as your smile dropped slightly, realising where the hell is he actually taking you?

Eyes widening, you taunted “You’re not gunna murder me are you?”. Harry threw his head back, it hitting the car seat in response to your weird sense of humour he secretly loved so much.

“No! Y/N, I’m not going to murder you! Yet.” He grinned, not making eye contact but giggling when he heard your gasp from beside him. “Harry Lewis!” You placed your hand on your heart.

“I’m kidding, I’m kidding! Look we’re here now!” He smiled, shaking his head at you but unable to tear his eyes away from your beauty as he parked up.

Pushing yourself up slightly, you peered around to find any sign of where Harry took you for today. Harry bit his tongue, excitement flooding through his veins in closing preparation of your reaction he’s been waiting for.

While scanning through the places, your eyes stopped on the front sign, your mouth falling agape.

Harry took your reaction as happiness and nodded enthusiastically, his cold hands grabbing onto yours causing your shocked face to meet his.

You swallowed your drying throat. “You took me ice-skating?” You whispered, voice lacking air it went quiet. Harry grinned, shrugging his shoulders doing so. “Yeah I did! Your welcome!” He rubbed your hand with his, warming you up but unable to keep still.

Eyes, still wide as ever, looked deep into his. “Why? Why? What? I- Why?” You stuttered, tripping over your own sentences as your mouth had a mind of its own.

Both of Harry’s hands slid up to your face, “Well, I was thinking of that time you told me you were really good at ice-skating and I’ve wanted to try it with you ever since!” He beamed, brushing your hair behind your ears ever so delicately.

Your brows furrowed for a moment, questioning when he got those words out of your mouth before. Then you realised.

Slapping a hand over your mouth to muffle a loud squeal of laughter made Harry pull away, confusion written on his face; still delved into the ongoing idea of your being some pro ice-skater.

“Harry!” You spoke with your hand still over you mouth. He tilted his head, now him being the one with the furrowed brows and out of place look.

“Harry, I said that during a 2 truths and a lie!” You laughed, pulling your hand away from your face. Harry jaw fell slack for a millisecond, then pointing “It was the lie!”. You repeating “It was the lie!” Before the two of you toppled over with laughter, slapping each other’s arms unconsciously as your bodies slid down slightly in the car seats.

“I can’t cancel now, I already booked it Y/N!” He grew concerned. Your eyes softened on how far he went with this just to make you happy; well, even though you can’t skate for shit, the thought was there!

You straightened your posture and let your hands fall on your lap. “I’ll still do it,” He looked up at you, his soft spot for you only increasing. “Sure, we can’t skate the best, you know. But, it’ll just be a laugh,” The two of you leaned in. “Just me and you.” You pressed your lips to his and automaticity his hands slid into your hand and tugged you closer to him.

Pulling away, you two stared at one and other with blushing cheeks and a cheesy grin plastered onto their face.

“Just the two of us.” He whispered before diving into her lips once again.

𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐘’𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐌 𝐖𝐀𝐒 slung over your shoulder, his boy weight leaning entirely on your right side, limping as he walked. You, on the other hand, were walking weirdly despite the grown man clinging onto one half of yourself.

“It’ll be a laugh, huh Y/N?” Harry grumbled into your hair, “It could’ve gone worse!” You retorted, trying to convince yourself more than him.

Harry pulled his head away from its comfy spot delved in your hair. “Y/N, you literally fell on your ass sixteen times and I have basically twisted my ankle in.”

“While you did try and do a backflip on it” You mumbled under your breath. Harry shook his head and looked between the two of you. “We are such idiots.”

Titled your head upwards to him, you placed your head in his chest. “Just two idiots on an ice rink.” You whispered as he kissed the top of you head.

“look how good they look.” you pointed to the cookies on the counter as you waited in line, mentally debating if you wanted some. tom mumbled a ‘yeah, really good,’ but you could clearly see he wasn’t paying attention.

“what’s up?” he finally turned his head to look at you, a dopey smile on his face that made you smile.

“nothing.” you cocked your head and he leaned forward to place his forehead on yours, the material of his beanie tickling you.

“fine, it’s snowing.” your heart warmed at how childlike he was, eyes flickering down to his lips where he was grinning widely.

“you’re adorable.” he leaned down and kissed you, lips melting onto one anothers in a sweet kiss.

“love you.” you pecked his lips again.

“love you more.” he wrapped his arm around your shoulder and rested his chin on top of your head, moving further up in the line.

“d’you want a cookie?” you looked up at him with a shy smile.

“yes please.” after getting hot chocolates and a couple cookies for the both of you to share, you took a seat at a table by the window. light conversation between the two of you as you watched the snow settle on the ground.

“hi, excuse me?” tom looked up and smiled at the teenage girl who’d spoken.

“hi, you okay?”

“do you think we could get a photo, its just we’re big fans and-“ tom looked at you and you nodded, offering to take the photo for the 2 girls. you could tell they were skeptical about who you were, and deep down you were hoping they wouldn’t say anything about the two of you.

you and tom had managed to keep your relationship a secret for almost 3 years now and you’d hate, more than anything, for it to be exposed like this.

tom stood up from his seat and stood between the two girls, smiling at the camera as you snapped the picture.

“here you go.”

“thank you.” when the two walked away, tom turned to you with a smile.

“do you wanna keep going?” you nodded, layering up again and taking his hand as the two of you left the cafe.

the snow covered you, while you and tom were walking through the rows of stalls on the streets. a happy grin covered his face as he suddenly cupped your cheeks.

“what are you doing?” you giggled.

“shh.” he leaned down, connecting your lips in a slow kiss. what you didn’t know however, was at that moment the fans from earlier were snapping pictures of the two of you, confirming their suspicions.

you and tom were blissfully unaware of this, the man telling you over and over, how beautiful you looked with snowflakes on your face. you were however brought to the irritating realisation when you got home. harrison was on it in an instant, showing you his phone screen where the headline read:

The scalding summer heat burns against your back as you stride down the pavement, bag loosely hanging over your shoulder. The beat of Guns N’ Roses’ ‘Welcome To The Jungle’ drums through your earbuds, h/c hair tied into a messy ponytail to provide a temporary relief from the heat. You glance down to your phone, gnawing at the inside of your cheek upon seeing the time.

Only ten minutes before class begins. Meaning you have about seven to get to Reseda, and three to change into your gi that currently lies stuffed inside your backpack. A sigh leaves your lips involuntarily at the thought of having to run beneath the scalding sun.

“You want to learn karate? This is your chance!” A voice exclaims ahead of you. Shoving your phone back into your pocket, you furrow your brows at the statement. Your long strides come to a halt as you find yourself standing behind a group of two people handing out flyers. “Free karate lessons to anyone and everyone!” You reach to pull out one of your earbuds and shift your gaze towards the person currently turning to face you. “Learn at Miyagi-Do Karate-“

A pair of beaming blue eyes meets your fiery e/c ones, your frown shifting into a glare as recognition sparks in your gaze. The girl only sticks to her smile, it clearly faltering as she clears her throat. “Y/N, hi.”
