I feel like he’d be too proud to let anyone know he’s sick, you know? 

He’d just want to take care of whatever illness he had by himself

He wouldn’t want anyone else to get sick because of him

Otherwise he’d feel incredibly guilty

And then he’ll want to take care of them

Then the cycle with start all over again.

He can function enough to make food for himself, but it would take so much effort, and he’d feel too lazy

He more often than not bundles himself up in blankets and hopes for the best

Like Natsuya, he wouldn’t want to tell anyone

It wouldn’t be because he was too proud, though

He just doesn’t want to trouble anyone

Nao would get too concerned about the other person catching his illness

The visitor would feel like they’re the ones that are sick, instead of him

He probably knows what to do whenever he’s sick, though he may be a bit slower at moving

He’d probably spend most of his time sleeping, and often forgets to feed himself

Overall, I think he’d be rather prepared for any type of illness he gets
