I was reading Isha Kingjasnah’s ask post about a theoretical Adolin story scene with wit and didn’t want to derail it but, i’m now imagining a Moash story scene. Where he’s out of odium’s influence and is extremely hurting from a lot of harm he’s caused. And while he’s been trying to turn things around and make amends it hasn’t been going well and he’s on the verge of hopelessly giving up when he suddenly finds himself talking to wit

You’re a mimic. You were disguised as a chair in a dungeon when an adventurer decided to take you as loot. You’ve actually enjoyed your life ever since as furniture in a jolly tavern. So when some ruffians try to rob the now-elderly adventurer’s business, you finally reveal yourself.

Do you ever think you'll stop drawing fanart? No offense it just seems like the kind of thing you're supposed to grow out of. I'm just curious what your plans/goals are since it isn't exactly an art form that people take seriously.

Sad, immature girls no one takes seriously. Girls who are taught that it’s shameful to be excited or passionate about anything, that it’s pathetic to gush about what attracts them, that it’s wrong to be a geek, that they should feel embarrassed about having a crush, that they’re not allowed to gaze or stare or wish or desire. Girls who need to grow out of it.

That’s the art you mean, right?

Because in my experience, when grown men make it, nobody calls it fanart. They just call it art. And everyone takes it very seriously.
