This is kind of a flawed poll. I see what they're going for, but I feel like surprisingly it's kind of a trick.

Getting rid of nuclear weapons will not prevent it from happening, it's the people, not the existence of the weapons. Unless its on a conceptual level of nonexistence, it's a bit of a fruitless venture. Even without nuclear arms... there's still a lot of damage that can be done. While it's not really a bad thing to pick persae, I wouldn't say it's the best.

Being able to get rid of every bad person on earth is the plot of like at least half of psych horrors. Who made you god? What dictates bad or good? Can people not change? Is it bad people from their starting point? their current state? Their end point? It's unhelpful and vague.

Find aliens and bring them to earth. Cool I guess. Vague if anything. You don't know enough to make an informed decision about this one.

Solve world hunger is good, I'd root for this option. I assume the best (systematic reformation), but who knows.

I think being a meme lord would traumatize you, and I'm not even joking.
