Scarry how I relate to this on a dimensional level-

that horrible feeling when youre neurodivergent and trying to explain something and ur like already a fair number of minutes deep into ur explanation and realize that the people youre talking to are uninterested or not getting what ur saying and u flounder between trying to expand the explanation so that they can get what ur trying to say vs just being like ‘um so yeah’ and start rushing through tapering the explanation off to end the interaction so they dont judge u even tho u know they are currently misunderstanding what u were trying to say and may judge u for that too.
