You know what I'm going to make this super angsty for both Twi and Wars.

Both of them have horrific body issued, but for different reasons. Wars wants to gain muscle and actually weigh more than a child, but thanks to his issues with food he can't. The royals and other knights always poke and tease him for being skinny, and while he laughs it off it always makes him disgusted with himself afterwards. The amount of times somebody teased that they could see his wrist bones or that he must weigh less than paper is astounding, and he hates it.

Twilight on the other hand wants a body more like Wars. He grew up on a farm, with a loving mom who probably cooked him loads of healthy and nutritious foods, so he didn't gain his image issued until after he saved Hyrule. The hylians in his time are skinner and more petite, so the instant the royal court saw him it was a shit show. They commented how he wasn't a real hylian for how he was built, often comparing him to gorons as an insult. He began avoid food because he thought he had too. He wanted to prove that he was hylian more than just by his ears, and now he avoids eating as long as possible.

Neither notice how the other admire each other, because they are to disgusted with themselves.
