“this ship isn’t canon” to YOU. I, however, am delusional
okay, so I have two headcanons for bi steve and there's no in between. It's either he's always sort of known he liked guys too but shoved it down and oppressed it as hard as he could, because "it's not normal", "it's not okay", especially because of all the hateful comments his dad makes; he's just always known and always hated it and been scared of it and then he has to slowly realize, with the help of Robin and Eddie and maybe even Will (because he gives Will advice, helps him come to terms with it and helps himself in the process), that, you know what, it actually is okay and he actually does deserve love and it's all gonna be fine.
Or. It's Steve figuring out he's sort of in love with Eddie after 20 years of thinking he was exclusively into girls or at least never realizing he might have had crushes on boys too and just being like. Huh. Isn't that something. Because he's seen monsters and murdurous vines and has been literally tortured and literally dragged through hell, so a crush on a guy is really not that big of a deal, is it?
(that second one always features robin being like "are you kidding me? I had a gay crisis for literal years and you're just like oh, oh.??)
Can i just say i LOVE how the fandom has just collectively decided to name Steve's dad Richard. Like, sure, there's a handful fics where he's called something else but in like 95 % it's Richard and it just fits so well, it's crazy.
(It's actually gotten to a point where, when I read a different name, I have to take a moment and understand that it's Steve's dad we're talking about)
(also what's gonna happen if he actually shows up in canon and has a different name??? then what??)

can somebody, anybody, PLEASE draw this as Eddie with Chrissy? Or Eddie with Steve? Or even Nancy, or Robin? Like, literally, just Eddie with anybody, I am begging you!!
you look at me and I just melt

Summary
“What in the world are you doing here?” he then asks, when he got his voice back and Steve, now kneeling on the ground sorting through the dirty laundry he brought, just shoots him a look. “Uhh…laundry?” He looks a little lost, as if he doesn’t really understand the question. “Um, yes, I can see that,” Eddie replies, shutting his book, “but why is Steve Harrington doing laundry…here? At a laundromat?” Steve frowns and turns completely around, giving Eddie his full attention now. “Well, Eddie Munson” he says, putting emphasis on it, as if to prove Eddie’s not the only one who knows full names around here. “There’s a very simple answer to that. I don’t have a washing machine…but I like to wear clean clothes. You know?” or: It’s laundry day. Eddie runs into Steve Harrington. Something’s not adding up.
