the line “we will never leave this town at all” is so horrifying to me because I want to leave this town, you want to too probably, it’s human nature to want to migrate and move around

they didn’t get a choice, they didn’t get a choice wether they were staying or not, they were played by the rules of destiny, a cruel game composed entirely out of fate, which they had run out of

maybe in another universe, another life, they would get to leave their haunted home and live a better live before the cyclone accident but it all comes down to this one after all

I think they realized that they had no choice in the making, the sick game of time will flood them in the end no matter what they do, no matter what any of us does, for the good or bad
