For some this is a wonderful time of the year, for some it is stressful, lonely, sad and a bunch of other negative things. Maybe this season reminds you of someone who is no longer here. Maybe this season means you spend tine with family members you would rather avoid due to how they treat you. Maybe you are in a bad financial situation and just trying your best to make it through.
