Daryl Dixon x Reader

Today started the same as every other day in Alexandria. You, Daryl and some of the others planned to go on a supply hunt. Being in need of new food, and maybe if you'd be lucky and even find some new weapons.

That all changed when you ran into a small horde of walkers, not enough to be a threat for Alexandria but to many to finish them off at once.

They cornered your team, everyone suddenly panicking and in a moment of hurry you slipped and fell. You managed to crawl behind a car, hoping the walkers wouldn't see you but because there were so many they started pushing the car you just hid behind.

Trapping you between car and wall, you weren't terribly hurt but couldn't move your trapped legs.

"Shit, ah-" the walkers tried grabbing you over the car, not reaching you but squeezing your legs further. "Someone help me!" You looked around, Daryl came running towards you.

He always looked out for you, you were important to him, being one of the few people he felt like he could talk to.

He killed some of the walkers that were walking around the car to get to you, and knelt down next to you.

"You okay? Fuck we gotta get you out of here! Can ya move your legs?"

You started sobbing "N- No I can't, I- am stuck." you tried pushing the car, but it was to heavy not moving an inch.

Daryl saw the panic in your eyes, the thought of loosing you made his stomach turn. "We gotta move this damn car, else we are never gettin you outta here."

He looked for the others who were fighting off a few walkers while trying to find shelter in a shop.

"HEY! Someone get over here and help us move this car, y/n is stuck!" Two guys who you'd recently met in Alexandria came running over, helping to push the car.

It finally moved and you managed to pull out your legs, whincing at the pain of the rusted metal slicing though your jeans "Ahh-"

You tried lifting yourself up but Daryl was fast to see that you were to weak to make it over to the shop in time, without walkers cutting of your way.

You looked up at Daryl, not knowing what to do. Panic and tears visible in your eyes.

Daryl did the only thing logical to him. He scooped you up bridal style and started making his way to the shop door.

"Don't worry doll, I gotcha."

You grasped his neck and held onto him thight, looking over his shoulders and seeing the walkers starting to climb and pile over the car.

He got you just in time. Your vision blurring due to your tears, you put your head to his neck, nose breathing in Daryl's scent.

Your heart was starting to calm as the two of you made it to the Store and got inside walking to the back of it to the rest of the group.

You were still sobbing, tears drenching Daryl shirt.

"Shh it's okay doll, you are safe now, everything will be okay." He said while tightly embracing you with his muscular big arms.

Guys I watched six ways to sunday on tubi (a free app dw) and tell me why...I HAD TO PAUSE EVERY FEW MINUTES TO PROCESS WTF I WAS WATCHING. What they got you doing norman 😞😞

And don't even get me STARTED on the ending. I could yap about how this movie affected me bc of certain scenes for hours. HOURS.

But either way....10/10
