It's Big Picture day, and this time I really scaled up!

Regarding the angels, might I say that angels pre-date orthodox Christianity, and these are non-denominational angels.

Here's the other painting I framed (again, on Etsy UK). This one is bigger. I'm remembering what I loved so much about painting with oils. Oils are more visceral, somehow - both the process and the result. It's requiring me to be patient. It feels like more of a conversation with the medium, rather than expecting the medium to serve a preconception.

Burned a hole in this for added emphasis.
