I feel like pretty much all of Talon has a 90's villain vibe. Reapers scene in the museum where clouds of black smoke rise underneath him and he raises his claws in the air then lets out the most villainous laugh ever. Like that's straight from the 90's!
They really do!!! I think that's why I love them all so much!! 😭They're, like, anime cool but still have a little bit of a camp factor to them to keep things fun. Also, I just wanna say that I love Reaper's extra af villain laugh. It has a special place in my heart.

Aaaaa!! Thank you so much!! 😭 As far as programs, I use Clip Studio! CSP's g-pen brush is a lifesaver for me when I'm inking. If you're doing a lot of inks and cell shading in your work, I highly recommend it.
