(what you see here is a gif that's been compressed to all hell, of a gif/ multiple GIFs/apngs which have been compressed to all hell so this is much more compressed than how it actually looks)

Is it just me or are the new tumblr users convinced there's a penalty of some kind for using this site like it's meant to be used?
