they spit on the ground in public, they crop dust you in stores, they give each other wedgies, they burp in each others' faces, they talk embarrassingly loud, they're messy eaters and always starving. getting so mad at them because you're tired and they're overstimulating you so you completely ignore them on the way home. usually one of the boys drives and you are the passenger princess, but you sit in the back seat with your arms crossed just staring at the window. you don't say a word to them and you slam the bathroom door when you get home to take a bath. they feel so bad :( so patrick picks some of the neighbors flowers (while art makes sure nobody sees them) and they make you a little bouquet and write you a little note that says: sorry for being annoying we'll only speak when spoken to for the rest of the night we promise.

you're drying your hair off with a towel as you admire the bouquet and read the note. they're sitting on the bed completely silent, pretending to lock their lips and throw away the key.

you kiss them both on the cheek but don't let them talk for a couple hours because you want to see how far they'll take it and you can tell they want to talk your ear off so bad.
