A series of sketches for some of my followers on Bluesky as a thank you for 100+ followers. Tried out a new brush with these for coloring.

They were a lot of fun ♥

New character design~

His name is Vallyn. Expect to see a whole lot more of him (possibly with some of my other fantasy OCs)

HAPPY FIVE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY TO LIGHTS ON PARK AVE! 🎂🎉 Wow, I'm floored that LoPA reached the half-decade mark. Thank you all for your support and participation! In celebration of LoPA’s birthday (August 22, to be exact), all of the prompts from the previous year are up for grabs.

This special free-for-all round will end on August 31, 11:59 PM ET (what time is that for me?). Round 54 ("flight"), which is running at the same time, will end then as well. Whether you'd like to focus on that round or go back to one of the previous rounds, there are a lot of prompts for you to pick from this month!

As always, you’re free to jump in whenever you’d like during the round, a wide variety of work types is accepted, and there are no minimum work requirements. ROUND 49 - HAUNTING Even after parting, even in absence, even with death, there are people who linger. There are ideas that you can’t let go, ideas that grip you in an unbreakable hold.

ROUND 50: THE PAST The past is where we come from. The past shapes who we are today. The past is both immutable and malleable; it is set in stone and what we make of it. 

ROUND 51: HOPE The future is yet to be written, its pages fresh and untouched. The dawn of a new year brings great possibility and hope for a better life, a better world.

ROUND 52: BETRAYAL To betray, there must be trust in the first place, an intimacy born out of understanding or love. You have to get close to plunge a knife between the ribs.

ROUND 53: POETRY The fifth poetry round in celebration of National Poetry Month

ROUND 54: FLIGHT (currently running!) Earth-bound as we are, humanity dreams of the heavens, of the freedom the sky offers. We yearn to go beyond what’s possible, unencumbered by the weight of our limitations.
