I feel like this scene isn't talked about enough. Invincible Shaolin was always a Venoms film that had a very impactful ending for me. It was so sad, and I really think all of the actors portrayed the heartbreak very well. It genuinely made me tear up the first few times I saw it. I wanted to appreciate how Kara Hui, Niu Niu, and Yau Chui-Ling reacted to each of the characters' deaths, as they were their husbands. Each was a bit different, but you could still see that they were all upset to various degrees. In my opinion, Sun Chien, Lu Feng, and Chiang Sheng also did a really good job of staying true to each of their characters' personalities. Their final moments were just so upsetting. Especially when all the wives ran to them :(

I have a lot of thoughts about these characters, so I wanted to talk about them. Just a warning that there are Masked Avengers (1981) spoilers in my comments on the next stories.
Gao Yao (Kuo Chui) and Zeng Jun (Chin Siu-Ho) have such a great dynamic. They were probably my favorite pairing in this movie. I loved that from the beginning, Zeng Jun was so open to interacting with Gao Yao, unlike the other characters. He actively went out of his way to interact with him and actually be friendly. That is something you didn’t see with other characters when it came to Gao Yao, as several of them were quite rude. Zeng Jun seemed to have an attachment to Gao Yao since he constantly tried to find him or ended up sticking by his side, like when he saw Gao in the streets. He wanted to know more about him, including his name.
Even though Gao didn’t give it to him right away, it didn’t stop Zeng from speaking with him and genuinely seeming happy to see him each time. He looked so thrilled when the two of them were in the kitchen to cook. I thought Zeng being playful with him aside from wanting to help was adorable. You could see that nothing was going to detour him from getting through to him since he seemed so intrigued by Gao. What I loved most is that Gao eventually trusted Zeng enough to give him his name, and Zeng instantly lit up when he heard it. It was like it meant a lot to him. The two of them had a unique bond since Zeng was really instigating the relationship and Gao was open towards him, even though he was acting very mysterious when they were getting adjusted to each other.
Zeng really never gave up on Gao. He may not have believed that Gao could have been part of the gang at first, insisting that he was a good person. He seemed to always have the instinctual feeling that Gao was not bad, which I think was what drove him to keep trying. Eventually, Zeng found out that Gao wasn’t lying about the fact that he used to be with the gang. It clearly did shock him since his excited smile seemed to turn into confusion or surprise. Despite this, Zeng still liked him enough to sit down with him and hear the story from Gao before making judgments. He believed in him when seemingly no one else trusted Gao. Zeng still wanted to be around Gao despite knowing the truth and believing he was a good person. He seemed glad that Gao left on his own because he realized what they were doing was wrong, instead of giving up on him after trying so hard to get close to him. It was touching that the two bonded so much. I think that makes Zeng’s death even sadder. I feel that the fact that he was in Gao’s arms when he died says something about their bond. Gao literally heard about what happened from strangers passing by, and he ran there. You could see how upset Gao was when he saw Zeng made me tear up since he ran to help him. I just love their dynamic. Kuo Chui and Chin Siu-Ho had such wonderful performances.
How old are the venoms?
There seems to be some confusion regarding some Venoms’ birthdays, and therefore we cannot guarantee these are 100% accurate, but we can give fairly accurate guesses based on various sources.
In order, from oldest to youngest:
• Chiang Sheng is often cited as being born in 1951, which would make him 71. Tragically, Chiang Sheng died in 1991, so this is instead the 31st anniversary of his passing away. Kuo Chui confirmed in an interview that his own birth year was 1951, so he will be turning 71 on October 21.
• Sun Chien is said to have been born in 1955, putting him at 67 years old.
• Lu Feng often surprises fans with the fact that he is the third-youngest in of the Venoms, being born in 1956. He just turned 66 on April 3rd if our sources are correct.
• According to our sources, Lo Mang was also born in 1956 but three months after Lu Feng, so this would make him the second youngest!
• Wai Pai is by many accounts the youngest Venom, born in 1957. This makes him 65 as of this year.

I happened to hear about this movie like maybe a week or so ago. It’s English name is Chivalrous! This is Lo Mang in the movie
How many of the mob we’re from taiwan?
If we're talking about the main six, then four of them were! Sun Chien, Lu Feng, Kuo Chui, and Chiang Sheng were all from Taiwan. Lo Mang is from Hong Kong, and it is unknown where Wei Pai is from exactly.
But if we're talking about the whole mob, then there were still quite a few of them from Taiwan! For example, b-tiers Yu Tai-Ping, Yang Hsiung, Robert Tai, Ricky Cheng Tien-Chi, Li Yi-Min, and Chu Ko all came from there.
