Fun fact: Kuo Chui said the scenes with the dirty water were the hardest thing he had to do while filming Marco Polo. He said being in water made it more difficult to do somersaults/flips, but he was able to get used to it eventually!

I absolutely adore this scene. I could watch it on loop.

I promise I’m going to make more gifs and post pictures, facts, etc. more consistently. I was worried about some of my public speaking assignments and essays, so I didn’t realize I hadn’t loaded up my queue in a while. Sun Chien’s birthday is on the 5th according to the sources I have so I’m going to make some nice gifs and/or an edit for him 🥹
