I didn’t want to go.

I didn’t see the point.

Used to love this place.

I would sneak off when my aunt and uncle would watch me.

Running off. I would run off when they tried to take me to birthday parties. When they’d bring me to work.

I found out how to open the vents

I used to hide in so many places around the pizzeria

It was my little sanctuary.

I used to love watching it…

Hiding nearby as staff chattered on about something I didn’t care for

I used to go to parties

I’d sneak off

I’d play games

I didn’t have a friend to be around

The other kids were so energetic…
