I love Caroline Polachek. For an indie darling her voice is very distinctive as she sounds nothing like those high pitched whispering fairies that are so prevalent nowadays. She has a great presence but at the same time is very "normal" seeming and chill. I must take notes!

This video and song is such an accomplishment. It has exceeded my expectations. And I must say that Michael looks gorgeous. 

Reprise

I don't care much for Lana Del Rey anymore, but this video is so beautiful. Her vulnerability plays perfectly on the screen. This video gave some substance to an otherwise mediocre (almost comical) song. Her monologue at the end truly affected me, and I wouldn't doubt that she is a decent actress. The most beautiful scene was of her in the garden, surrounded by fuchsia flowers and the sunlight in the distance. She was wearing a creamy blue dress and it contrasted amazingly with setting. ASAP Rocky as JFK was a very cool idea, and the children in it were adorable! Brilliant.
