Hello,
My name is Sameer Al-Nasla, and I’m a 17-year-old from Gaza. Like many young people, I had big dreams for my future. I was on the verge of completing high school, and my goal was to study medicine and become a doctor. Since I was a child, I’ve always wanted to help my people by providing medical care, especially in such a difficult region.❤️😁
However, the ongoing war has taken everything from me and my family.💔😔
When the war began, my family was forced to flee our home in West Gaza and relocate to the South. Life immediately became a struggle. In the chaos of displacement, I lost the chance to finish high school, which means I also lost my opportunity to attend university and pursue my dream of becoming a doctor. 😣💔
To make matters worse, the war destroyed my father’s business, which was our family’s source of income. Now, with no home and no livelihood, life has become a constant fight for survival. I’ve had to start working at a young age to help support my family of six, but it’s not enough to make ends meet.😢🍉
Every day, my family and I face the reality of war. Death and destruction surround us. Our health has deteriorated, diseases have spread, and we don’t have access to proper medical care. The suffering is overwhelming, and yet, despite everything, I still hold onto my dream.🥀💔

While the children of the world are living their first year 🍼 in safety, my little girl (Nour) was deprived of that 💔
When the war of extermination began, I was eight months pregnant 🤰 and my baby was born without a warm bed or a safe home, as she was moved to more than 15 places (tents, shelter schools, relatives' homes, hospitals, etc.) and the displacement is still ongoing until this moment.
I don't know when (Nour) will get her right to live in a safe home and play with her toys like the rest of the children of the world 😔??
What sin did (Nour) commit to live all this while she was only 10 months old 🥺!!

My family and I are facing unimaginable hardship due to the ongoing war in Gaza. We have lost our home, my career, and our sense of safety. Now, we are living in a small tent, trying to survive each day amidst the chaos and destruction.
Before the war, I worked as an instructional designer, building a future for my family. But that life has been shattered. We are now desperate to find safety and start over. But we need your help. We are trying to raise funds to escape Gaza and rebuild our lives in a place where we can finally find peace.
Before — This was my life before the war, filled with hope and promise.
After — This is what remains after the destruction.
What once stood as a symbol of hope, my Home is now nothing but shattered walls and debris. I had just finished building our home, a place where I could finally feel safe. But in the blink of an eye, everything was destroyed by the ongoing war. The sounds of explosions filled the air, and I fled with nothing but the clothes on our backs. Now, where our memories and dreams once lived, all that remains is devastation.
