If I had a nickel for every time I got introduced to a cartoon character through an edit and then proceeded to fall in love with them as I watched the first piece of media they happened to be in and nothing else about the series surrounding that media at all, I’d have about five nickels.

now, if I had a nickel for every time said character also happened to come from an apocalyptic future and was sent back to live with the younger versions of their family by a mentor in order to save the world from being taken over by aliens, AND WERE TECHNICALLY A JR???? I’d have two nickels. Which, by no accounts is a lot, but my fucking god why is this my favorite type of character????
