In the third week since your departure from Darcy & Co, you were beginning to feel restless. Your boss, Park Hyunwoo, had been welcoming and everything you expected, but your position at the publishing agency hadn’t really been inspiring you as much as you had hoped. 

Aside from the obvious - hours upon hours of reading through amazing manuscripts - you had yet to have any real responsibilities as promised when you took the job. You wanted to make a difference, to help unknown authors achieve their dreams while enjoying the benefits of reading so many incredible stories. Instead, so far all you had done is take notes in meetings and get Hyunwoo his coffee every morning. 

You were a proof-reader, not a damn assistant.

No, you relished in your work. Allowing yourself to be swept up in story after story, smiling, laughing and crying along with the pages on the manuscript.

The plot itself was fantastic, an epic tale centred around the first manned mission to land on Jupiter. The idea behind it all fascinated you - though most fiction did. Right now, your main focus was the romance aspect, which you could see needed some work.
