The Guardian and The Archivist. Two gods that were both formed by magic. The Guardian guards the primordial pool of magic, and keeps it safe from those who would misuse it. They themselves can use universe altering magic, but they only exist in the Astral Plain.
The Archivist records everything that happens in every universe. They know what happened, what has happened, and what will happen. They rarely record or look at the future, as it is a tangled web of what ifs. They are confused by mortals, and finds their comings and goings very interesting. They can also travel to other universes rather easily.
