Baby Azimal And His Papa, Amaranth, Seeing Him For The First Time. Azimal Was The Only One Of His Brood

Baby Azimal and his papa, Amaranth, seeing him for the first time. Azimal was the only one of his brood to have come out in an egg and hatched. He remained a baby for maybe a week until he drastically grew up.

This is what his egg looked like inside the brood pit.

Amaranth, the Arch Demon of War and Combat. He is incredibly large, being around 10 to 11 ft tall. He can be a ruthless fighter, but on his down time, he’s actually rather soft. When he needs to fit in, he can shrink his size, though he doesn’t enjoy it. It feels like walking in a too tight suit to him. His voice is really deep and bassy, along with growly from all the war cries and roaring. He lost half of his face to the brood pit he came out of. Before he awoke, half of his face had become stuck and partially fused to the wall of the pit. To get out, he had to rip that part off. Not the greatest way to come into the world.

Azimal, one of my most beloved OC’s. I adore drawing him with his husband William. Azimal is a former war demon who decided they wanted to live their own life peacefully on earth. Azimal really enjoys food, since during the war there wasn’t much to eat besides raw meat. He loves how human cuisine has changed over the years and enjoys trying new recipes, especially with William, since the ideal meal for William before he met Azimal was uncooked ramen noodles and A1 sauce. The man could barely take care of himself. Stayed buried in his studies for days at a time. William is a wizard after all. Azimal basically ended up improving his quality of life significantly.

Azimal stands at around 7 feet tall, though his real height is closer to 9. He made himself smaller so he wouldn’t appear as much of a threat. He also used to have four arms. He hides those other two now unless he needs them for cleaning or other chores.

He also is used to wearing a ton of gold. He has some savings put away from his war days.
