Let Me Tell You a Story
A few weeks ago I asked my friend what I would be If I liked everyone romantically, but in terms of sexually I like men only. He honestly had no idea so we combed the internet for about 20 minutes. He then asked if I was “Homoflexible” and I read that it means that the person is mostly gay but has sexual encounters with opposite genders and I was just like “obliVION NO” and that is how I stopped labeling my sexual orientation.

How this blog works:
You may have noticed the whole thing on my Bio about character expansions. This is so askers and followers don’t get overwhelmed on how many characters this blog supports (Please note, 12 is way too much at once xD). So I’ve decided to stagger the introduction of all 12 into expansions. It also helps me develop the characters I have yet to.
Expansions:
Base: Helios, Ignatious, Nimfia, Mushi
Ex I: Ieri, Daidae, Etnos, Torque
Ex 2: Teleki, Nagani, Tock*, Tick*
The Expansions will be introduced as I answer asks. Characters will be introduced officially at that point.
Again, this species is closed for now, which means you cannot create an oc of this species yet. Why create one when you know nothing about them?
*: name not final.
Inggus Things You Need to Know:
-Ingguses are humanoid creatures with varying lengths of ears and tails. This ties into their biological roles. Ingusses with bigger ears are alphas, and ones with smaller ears are betas.
-Tails are used as a grasping appendage. Ingguses are often seen holding bags with them. They are also used to grasp the tail of their partner, almost like holding hands.
-Their hair color and fur color are different shades of the same color. It’s not uncommon to see an Inggus with green or purple pigment. However melanin pigments (shades of brown) are obscenely rare (it’s a medical condition, in fact). This is not a difference in race but of hair / fur color.
-Ingguses tend to keep their hair long, especially the betas. However an Alpha having long hair isn't uncommon.
-Ingguses mate for life. This is a big deal for the majority of them, and they are really careful of who they choose to be their mate. The ceremony lasts for a week exactly, with the last day being the only open to the public. The concept of divorce is scandalous. Their society punishes those who try to go through with it, unless one or more parties are found to be abusive.
-Their sclera are mostly white, however there is a semi common condition that causes the sclera to be black and the iris and pupil to be white. This causes hypersight, and those ingguses are the ones handpicked for elite security.
-Most if not all Ingguses are bilingual ever since the integration of humans into their society.
Gendering an Inggus and you:
-They are an intersex species, and either partner can give birth to live young. Since this is the case, their concept of gender is purely social. A social transition in their society is a kin to being transgender or gender non conforming in ours.
-Their social genders are not male and female, but rather the terms Anou, Yei, and Nonai. Anou means "socially masculine", Yei means "socially feminine" and Nonai means "in between" The Nonai group is the majority group, with at least 50% of ingguses identifying as such.
-Additionally an Inggus may identify as Nonai Anou which means "neutral leaning masculine", Nonai Yei which means "neutral leaning feminine" and Anou Yei or Yei Anou which means "socially fluid".
-It is courteous to lead with what the Inggus is presenting as at the moment. For example, if a fluid Inggus is presenting as feminine, you refer to them as "Yei Anou"
-These terms are a kin to our boy / girl terms and are used as such. These are from their language.
-He, She, It, and They are universal pronouns to refer to an Inggus. Unlike in our society, “It” is a viable pronoun to refer to an Inggus whose social gender is unknown.
