This is Spencer (he/him), hes a human scientist with a really bad habit of experimenting on himself rather than finding or coercing other people to experiment on.

Theres more to him but i digress. I will ramble about any character you place in front of me from balter for far too long.

anyway. I’ve been legitimately loosing my mind trying to stay on top of school work, but I did find time to scribble a slut.

Meet Ziffy!! She’s a little freak from the swamp outside of the city. He grew up in a very safe and loving but very secluded community, and is taking their radicalized punk ideals out into the big city. Ae want Balter to be a little bit more loving, a little bit more communal, and so they’re gonna make that happen! (I fucking love this little punk bug)

Ive spent far too long on this to only turn it in as a school project and likely have no one see it again. Went waaaay too hard for a simple assignment that did not need this treatment!!

These are "selkie" dishes (in quotes because i believe fitz and fred are somewhat removed from selkie culture, having grown up mainly in balter- consider em ""fusion"" dishes of some sort) made by Funky Anchovy! I dont actually know if these'll stick around as dishes but.... im happy with them right now

The first dish is fried mussels with stir fried kelp, the second is shredded tuna wrapped in salted seaweed, and the last is mac n cheese with krill!!

Taron Murphy!! My beloved old man, who happens to be the only person in all of Balter (and Marmoris) to have even a single usable braincell.

He’s married to the local grouch and seer, Calum, and those two make me giggle and kick my feet like a school girl. Taron is a bookstore owning war vet, with a bit of a gambling addiction, and a shotgun that he’s not afraid to use- but other than that he’s a perfect ray of sunshine and I adore him <3 he also has two adopted boys (ahem @weevil-friend draw Lachlan challenge, level: impossible) who I love just as much
