Three's era is actually so funny. He's basically placed on the naughty step by the timelords by being exiled to earth. And he acts just like a child being punished and tries everything to get off earth and rebel and throws his toys out the pram when he can't leave (with the brigadier smirking in the background might i add). Then what's even funnier is that the timelords realise they actually need his help with things they just can't be arsed to do themselves so they send him out on errands and temporarily allow him to leave earth (which might are say are ridiculously dangerous errands too lol). And then once the doctor does said errands for them they return him back to earth and STILL don't let him leave earth until he redeems himself later lol 😂
