" Pani is an elusive and enigmatic Akurian. Raised in the Iron Market by a family of cannibals, she grew to have an affinity with dark and macabre art. Her art became a means of escapism for both herself and others around her. Artistry such as sculpting and painting is not as common as it was thousands of years ago. Pani, however, keeps the art of painting and sculpture alive. She took up the skills needed to become a powerful hunter as well, but unlike the hunters around her, she hunted purely to collect the resources needed to create her sculptures.

Resourceful is an understatement when it comes to her art. She uses every last part of a beast for her sculptures, down to the rotten organs, which she manages to make into paint using a mix of clay and plant matter. In addition, she is not beyond using human remains such as skeletons for her work as well.

She will occasionally join Thistle and the Western Hunters on journies out to the Dead Zone, though she isn't part of their group. Pani lives a calm and quiet life with her two partners, Thistle and Zade, out in the countryside of the outskirts of Caeruleum. Currently, Pani mostly does work for herself and for the occasional client if she needs resources. Most of the time, she prefers to keep her work private. "
