HELLO OKAY THANK YOU FOR TAKING TIME OUT OF YOUR DAY TO READ THIS.

I’ve only been in the fandom for a couple of months and I’m really disappointed. NOT in the show, but mostly the fans.

One of my dearest friends had already been in the fandom for over a year and was always telling me how great the show was and how sad she was because the creators and the voice actors got harassed. It broke her heart to see these people who worked so hard so that we could have this amazing show get death threats because the plot or story line or whatever wasn’t what some fans wanted. It broke my heart too, because those hard-working people who hoped to bring smiles and happiness into the lives of complete strangers instead got harassed and death threats from them. They never deserved that.

The actual fandom itself is disappointing as well. Look, I don’t care what you ship. If you want to ship it, ship it. I don’t care. But I do care if you harass people who might ship different things

So here is an idea for when season 8 comes out. A contract, of sorts. It is optional to take part in, nobody is forcing you.

- appreciate Voltron because it is an amazing show

- appreciate the creators/voice actors because they have worked hard to make this show happen, and will reach out to them via social media to let them know that we appreciate them. 

- acknowledge that different people ship different things, and that is totally okay. I will not harass others who ship different things.

- appreciate all the artists/fic writers who take time out of their day to make something incredible

- Work to make sure that the Voltron fandom is peaceful and will remain so.

“It was cruel, Bruce.” 

Selina says, but he barely registers her words as he can’t shake your heartbroken face off of his mind. He heard she was talking to him, but he doesn’t want to listen. 

She looks at him, a certain curiosity in her eyes. It’s the first time she sees him that distracted and lost in thoughts. Of course, he was often “elsewhere”, because of his heavy past weighting him down…But when he was with her, he at least tried to pay attention. 

Especially if she was trying to tick him off, like right now. 

“Very cruel. Poor girl…” 

She adds, now staring at him intently, expecting an answer. But he stubbornly looks out the train’s window. And this time, she knows he’s not only lost in thought, but is also actively ignoring her. 

“Cruel, and very much unlike you. Care to explain yourself ?” 

Apparently not, as his eyes gaze at the landscape passing by, not moving an inch to even look at her. 

She knows he’s currently in “self-preservation” mode. That he’s acting as if she’s not there because he doesn’t want to talk about “it”…But Selina Kyle is not the kind of woman that will let somone ignore her. She narrows her eyes at him, and without further warning, kicks him in the shin. Hard. 

“OUTCH ! What the hell Selina ?!” 

“Oh, it’s alive.”
