*Single Arm Dumbbell Rows x 4 10-12 reps

*Close Grip Pulldowns x 4 10-12 reps

I did it with the heaviest weights I could and almost no rest between reps. I was furious. I took all my sexual frustration on the weights. And I felt even more primal.
