Vitruvius (from The Lego Movie) really understood the fundamental operating principles of the universe. Proof? The secret knock.

"Delayed Gratification," My Base. This Little Queen Anne Is Just Teasing Cookie Monster (and US!!!!)
"Delayed gratification," my base. This little Queen Anne is just teasing Cookie Monster (and US!!!!) - and my local elementary school and I are NOT having any of that nonsense, thank you very much. I much prefer Mark Ruffalo & Murray talking about Empathy.
There's a reason Miss Piggy threw that man some shade. Diva knows her shiznit. Do NOT mess with the Muppets, mister. You have been warned.

what a tease.

Signs of other unicorns. I love this very much. Spoon theory works, but I really like the vibes on this one. New hashtag: #signs of other unicorns
I'm so glad I found your blog! I've been feeling really lonely lately, not in a strictly social sense, but I always feel like this unicorn-creature surrounded by abled folk, even online. So reading through your entries/reblogs made me feel less lonely and, truthfully, made my day. Thank you!
Thank you for writing! I hope you find in here that the world’s full of other unicorns and fantastic creatures that remain hidden from the light of the able bodied society. Feel free to express yourself, and you can write to me any time!

To me, this is a slice of Peace on Earth.

Disabled people don’t have special needs. We have very reasonable human needs. Our needs include freedom from abuse, violence, and mistreatment, the right to autonomy and self-direction, the right to represent ourselves, equal opportunity for education and employment, the right to accommodation, and societal inclusion and acceptance. The need for accommodation isn’t a “special need”. It’s a basic human right. It’s a leveling of the playing field that allows us the same opportunities and chances as non-disabled people.

So well-said.
The first thing I saw in this photo was the cloud that looked like a Firefly-class starship, Serenity.
